Hi I’m Ari (Bsc, Dip.CBH, Cert.I-CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist

I am passionate about helping individuals create positive change in their life, and focus on multiple issues such as anxiety disorders, low self-worth, negative thinking, and behavioural habits, as well as burn-out and stress in the workplace.

My approach is transdiagnostic and consists of using an integration of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy, & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This proven combination increases the chances of long-term success compared to using a single modality.

Alongside my qualifications in psychology and hypnotherapy, I have two decades of experience as a Finance Manager across diverse sectors including Film & TV, Advertising and Theatre. This makes me well versed in these fast paced and pressured work hard/play hard environments that can really take a toll. 

Such situations can increase our stress levels and feelings of anxiety. We become stuck in a negative cycle of thinking and behaviour and can experience physiological symptoms. We may think we are coping or even relaxing, but quite often our minds are still very active and overly consumed.

I am a huge advocate of the mind-body connection, and believe with the right therapeutic alliance, individuals can quickly learn to champion their own mind-body connection, given the right tools and interventions to build long-lasting mental resilience and self-efficacy.
